Full description Get ready for a day full of splendour and discovery as we explore three of the Loire Valley's most impressive châteaux: Blois, Chambord and Cheverny. Meet at the Tours tourist office 15 minutes before departure, where you will be met by your driver.

We will depart at 9.30 AM for a 1 hour and 15 minutes drive following the picturesque road along the banks of the Loire River, with spectacular views of Amboise and Chaumont-sur-Loire along the way.

The first destination will be the majestic Château Royal de Blois, where you can enjoy a visit and time for lunch lasting approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes in total. Blois offers an amazing panorama of Loire Valley architecture from the 13th to the 17th century. This castle, which hosted 10 kings and 7 queens of France, will immerse you in 5 centuries of art and history, revealing the secrets of the court and religious wars, including sordid events such as the assassination of the Duke of Guise in the king's flats in 1588. After the visit, you will have the opportunity to have lunch at your convenience in the picturesque medieval quarters of the city.

Then, at 12:45 PM, we will drive for 30 minutes to Chambord, the largest castle in the Loire Valley. With 440 rooms, 265 fireplaces and a monumental double helix staircase, the Château de Chambord is a dream come true. Set in the middle of a 13,000-acre park surrounded by a 20-mile-long wall, this majestic 156-metre-long building is a symbol of French Renaissance architecture. You will enjoy a visit that will last approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

After Chambord, we will drive for 30 minutes to Cheverny. The Château de Cheverny, built between 1604 and 1634, is remarkable for its classical white stone façade and its exceptional English-style garden. Still inhabited by the same family, this château is an exception in the Loire Valley thanks to the unity of both its architecture and its rich interior decoration. The visit will last about 1 hour.

Finally, you will make your way back to Tours, which will take about 1 hour.

We will return to Tours around 5:45 PM, where your driver will drop you off at the Tours tourist office.
