We depart from eastern New York through the Queens neighborhood leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the big city. We begin to appreciate why the rich and famous have chosen to make Long Island their personal playground, where the landscape transforms from skyscrapers to magnificent, flower-strewn gardens in spring. We'll stop at River-head for a warm country breakfast and continue east; We'll pass through Long Island Duck before arriving in the famous Southampton town that celebrities like Jerry Seinfeld, Paris Hilton, David Letterman, Steven Spielberg and others have made home. This is definitely the place to see and be seen.
Afterwards we'll begin our walk down the quaint Main Street before heading to the harbor through the historic area and along Ocean Drive past the homes of the rich and famous. We will continue to one of the oldest and best vineyards in Southampton where you will enjoy a complementary wine tasting. Later we will continue to Sag Harbor, a picturesque and quiet town that invites its visitors to enjoy its exclusive atmosphere. Take some time to tour the harbor and see the yachts that are the toys of the rich and stop at the antique shops or old world shops where you'll find some real bargains. After lunch we head west to the Tangier Outlets where we can shop and browse the shops – find your own bargains in the brand name and designer stores for a much lower price. In the afternoon we will leave for the west to arrive at nightfall in New York.
