Big Bus New York: 48-Hour Essential Ticket

● How to get started... head to any Big Bus stop along the route, use a printed map or download the Big Bus Tours app from Google play or the App Store to get directions wherever you are and view bus stop locations, bus timetables, city maps and great things to do with our free app
● Don't worry, your time doesn't start until you redeem your voucher for a ticket. Show your ticket to a staff member at one of the Big Bus stops or on board the bus. They will give you a receipt that you can use to board the bus for the duration of the ticket's validity period
● Free multi-lingual headsets are available on the bus and our experienced customer service representatives will be on hand to answer any questions you may have during the tour
● Pre-recorded commentary on the bus will announce the number and location of each stop as the bus approaches
● Big Bus Tours New York operates every day except Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve (December 31). Occasionally, inclement weather and special event days may affect service
● Passengers between the ages of 3 and 12 must travel on a child's ticket. All passengers under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a passenger 15 years of age or older. Children under 2 years of age may travel free of charge. Strollers must be folded and stored on the lower deck.
● Tune in to our pre-recorded commentary during the tour. Our engaging virtual guides will entertain you with incredible facts and stories about New York history, landmarks, famous people and more. Listen to them with the complimentary headphones provided when you board the bus. Commentary is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Italian
● 100% of our New York City fleet is wheelchair accessible. The wheelchair lifts on our vehicles have a maximum capacity of 650 pounds (295 kg). If you require a different accommodation, please contact us 48 hours prior to the start of your scheduled tour so that we can arrange the accommodation. Please note that messages left on the general office voicemail do not constitute confirmed arrangements. Please also note that passengers with mobility problems may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses. We cannot guarantee accessibility to the various attractions along the route
● Luggage is not permitted on board the bus at this time
● Strollers can be carried without problem, but it is recommended that they be collapsible for easy storage due to limited space on the bus
● Explore Downtown (Red Route): First Bus: 9:00am at Stop #1 (M&Ms World - 7th Ave & W 48th St). Last Full Circuit Tour: 5:00pm at Stop #1 (M&Ms World - 7th Ave & W 48th St). Last Bus: 5:00pm at Stop #1 (M&Ms World - 7th Ave & W 48th St). Frequency: every 15 minutes. Full Circuit Time: 90 minutes (approx.)
● Explore Uptown (Blue Route): First Bus: 10:00am at Stop #14 (Hope Sculpture - 7th Ave & W 53rd St). Last Bus: 4:00pm at Stop #14 (Hope Sculpture - 7th Ave & W 53rd St). Last Full Circuit Tour: 4:00pm at Stop #14 (Hope Sculpture - 7th Ave & W 53rd St). Frequency: every 30 minutes. Full Circuit Time: 75 minutes (approx.)
