Full description Explore the fascinating geological history of El Torcal Nature Reserve on a half-day guided hike. After being picked up from your hotel in Marbella, Malaga or other locations on the Costa del Sol, learn about the unique landscape on the way to the park. Enjoy several hours of hiking among the impressive karst limestone formations, considered some of the most impressive in all of Europe. Your private guide can adapt the pace and itinerary of the hike according to the abilities of the group.

Our hiking instructor will pick you up at the appointed time and place in Marbella, Mijas Costa, Ronda, Nerja or Malaga.

You will then head towards Antequera. During the trip, the hiking instructor will brief you on the day's programme and tell you about the landscapes, our history and the towns you will see along the way.

Start the walk next to the restaurant located at the entrance of "El Torcal". The hiking instructor will explain you interesting things about this area: vegetation, animals, the reasons for the formation of this landscape and its history over the years.

Later on, discover the most relevant karst forms: the dragon, the little bird, the guardian, the camel, among others.

At the end of this hiking tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel on the Costa del Sol.
