We will travel until you reach Colonia del Sacramento (declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site). Colonia was founded by the Portuguese Empire more than 300 years ago and was the "block of discord" between Portugal and Spain until the year 1777 when the Treaty of San Ildefonso left Colonia in the hands of the Kingdom of Spain.
We will visit the Calle de los Suspiros, the Iglesia del Santísimo Sacramento, Bastión de San Pedro, Polvorín, Faro, Spanish and Portuguese Museums and the Azulejo Museum.
We will also visit the Rambla Costanera, Real de San Carlos with its old Bullring, the Church of San Benito and the Port.
Return to the Center and free time to explore the Historic District and its picturesque streets. At the agreed time return to Montevideo.
