Descrição geral Embark on an exciting journey through the D-Day landing sites in Normandy and gain an in-depth insight into the history of World War II in Europe on this full-day tour from Bayeux. Accompanied by an expert guide, you'll visit key battle sites, including Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc, Sainte-Mère-Église and Utah Beach, while learning about the sacrifices made during World War II. At each site, you will pay tribute to the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for the Allied cause.

We'll begin our journey in Bayeux, from the iconic Place de Québec, where we'll head to the Colleville-sur-Mer American Cemetery. Here, more than 9,300 tombs remind us of the courage and sacrifice of the brave men and women who contributed to the victory in the Battle of Normandy.

Continue to Omaha Beach, where the US 1st and 29th Divisions fought valiantly to establish a beachhead. The tragedies and successes make Omaha one of the most memorable places in D-Day history.

Then we'll head to Pointe du Hoc, the impressive 90-foot cliff that was scaled by the 2nd US Ranger Battalion. This battlefield, with its damaged bunkers and bomb craters, offers a striking view of the ferocity of combat.

Next, we visit Sainte-Mère-Église, a town that seems frozen in time, thanks to the assault by the 82nd Airborne Division in the early hours of 6 June 1944. Here, at the Airborne Museum, we will explore the history of this brave detachment.

Finally, we will arrive at Utah Beach, where the 4th US Division landed on D-Day. We will visit the museum to learn more about this important historical site.

At the conclusion of our day, we will return to our starting point in Bayeux, reflecting on the significance and legacy of the events we witnessed during our tour of the D-Day sites in Normandy.
