Departing from Kraków, you'll make your way to Wieliczka, a town located a short 12 kilometers away. The journey is brief, and you'll soon find yourself immersed in an underground adventure. Accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide, your approximately 2.5-hour tour begins at Level 1 of the salt mine, 64 meters beneath the surface.

As you venture around 2 kilometers through this subterranean wonder, you'll encounter approximately 20 breathtaking chambers. The mine's interior boasts salt in various shades of grey, black, and white, creating a unique and mesmerizing atmosphere. Among these remarkable chambers are two majestic chapels, including the renowned Chapel of St. Kinga.

The Chapel of St. Kinga, often considered the heart of the mine, is a sight to behold. It is adorned with meticulously carved salt bas-relief sculptures, illuminated to perfection.
