Full description In this Experience we will get to know the interesting Orongo Ceremonial Center and the impressive Rano Kau Volcano, learning about stories and legends and appreciating ancient cave paintings while enjoying beautiful landscapes.

We will start our tour from your hotel to visit the Rano Kau Volcano, which will give us one of the most majestic views of the entire island, and the Orongo Ceremonial Center, one of the most interesting and spectacular archaeological sites in this place.

We will go to Rano Kau, the largest volcano and one of the most beautiful and impressive settings on Easter Island. The interior of its crater has walls of more than 200 meters that protect it from strong winds and humidity accumulation, constituting a natural greenhouse that generates a favorable microclimate for the development and cultivation of many plant species.

We will continue to Orongo, where an ancient ritual was performed that still inspires the competitions of the Tapati Rapa Nui festival. Here we will learn more about its rich history and appreciate its cave paintings, as well as enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this place. Finally, we will return to the hotel in Hanga Roa.
