Full description Embark on the fascinating Best of the West Tour, departing from the heart of the lively Lido district. Our journey begins with a picturesque tour of the charming traditional fishing village of Câmara de Lobos. Continuing our adventure, we head towards Cabo Girão, boasting the title of the second highest sea cliff in the world and the highest in Europe.

We then head to Ribeira Brava and from there, we head northwards, ascending the deep and narrow valleys of Serra D'Água. The culmination of this ascent is Encumeada, a special place at the top of the valley that offers a breathtaking panorama of both the south and north coasts of our captivating island.

Descending from sea level in Funchal, we cross the mountain pass, revealing breathtaking views of both sides of the island. Our descent takes us to the wild beauty of the north coast, where the Atlantic rollers create a line of white foam beneath majestic cliffs. After a delicious lunch, we cross Madeira's highest plateau, offering spectacular panoramas before heading back home.

Our route continues to São Vicente, a predominant village on the north coast of Madeira. Our next stop is the picturesque village of Porto Moniz, where you will have approximately 1 hour for lunch and the opportunity to admire the impressive volcanic pools.

As we drive towards Paul da Serra, you will discover one of the largest natural park reserves in the world. The last stop of this enchanting tour awaits you at Bica da Cana, where nature reaches its peak, providing a perfect closure to an unforgettable exploration of Madeira's western wonders.
