Full description Embark on a captivating journey today as we depart for Erice uptown. The medieval town of Erice, once inhabited by the Elymians, holds historical significance as an important religious site associated with the goddess Venus. Explore the ancient streets of Erice and indulge in a visit to renowned homemade pastry shops, celebrated worldwide for their marzipan candies, as well as other delicacies like almond and pistachio pastries.

Upon arrival, take an independent walk along the city center, with a recommended stop at a local pastry shop to savor some Sicilian sweet treats. Experience a delightful light lunch at a local Olive Oil producer Farmhouse, featuring a tasting of mixed local products.

In the afternoon, we journey along the picturesque Salt Way Road to admire the beautiful Saltpans, where sea salt is still produced using the old Phoenician tradition preserved throughout the centuries. Our next destination is Marsala, known as the Arab "Marsa Allah" or Harbor of God, renowned globally for one thing: Wine!
