We will take a walk through the 4th century Diocletian's Palace to visit its ancient cellars, the peristyle, the Roman (today Christian) temples, the cathedral and the baptistery, and then the famous Golden Gate.
After a city sightseeing tour of Split and free time to explore individually, we start our journey by bus towards Trogir, a small town under UNESCO cultural protection.
Trogir grew out of ancient Tragurion and is full of buildings and monuments that testify to its rich history. There is the Cathedral with its famous portal by the well-known local master Radovan, the 15th-century City Lodge, the Čipiko Palace, the town hall and the Benedictine monastery from 1064, where a Greek relief representing Kairos (the God of the auspicious moment). After sightseeing, free time for lunch.
