If you love exploring at your own pace, this combined tour allows you to discover two of Spain's most iconic cities in a single day: Toledo in the morning and Segovia in the afternoon.
The tour begins at our offices on Calle Ferraz 3. After approximately one hour of travel, we will arrive in Toledo, where our guide will welcome you and take you to El Mirador del Valle to enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the city.
Next, we will embark on a guided walking tour through the historic center, strolling along its cobbled streets and learning about its fascinating mix of cultures. We will visit an authentic Damascene workshop to discover this traditional metal inlay technique. Then, we will walk through Plaza de Zocodover, the city’s vibrant heart, and admire from the outside the majestic Toledo Cathedral, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture. We will also explore the old Jewish Quarter, with its synagogues and museums that reflect the rich Sephardic heritage.
After the guided tour, you will have free time to enjoy lunch and further explore the city at your leisure. At the designated time, we will return to the meeting point to depart for Madrid at 1:45 p.m.
Upon arrival in Madrid, we will make a brief stop before continuing to Segovia at 3:00 p.m. After approximately an hour’s journey, we will arrive in this medieval city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Our visit begins at Plaza del Azoguejo, where we will admire the impressive Roman Aqueduct. We will then explore the historic center, visiting the exterior of the breathtaking Gothic Cathedral and the surroundings of the Alcázar, a fairy-tale fortress that inspired legendary castles.
Before returning to Madrid, you will have a short free time for a stroll or some shopping. Finally, we will reach the capital around 8:00 p.m., concluding the excursion near the original meeting point.
