This tour will guide you through the origins of Apple, Google, IBM, and many lesser-known pioneers who laid the foundation for the technology we rely on and use daily.
Our tour begins at the Googleplex in Mountain View, where you’ll explore Google’s creative campus, complete with quirky sculptures, bike lanes, and themed offices. Take photos with iconic Android statues and learn about Google’s innovations in the visitor center.
Next, we visit the nearby Computer History Museum, offering a deep dive into the evolution of computing with exhibits like the Apple I, the first Google server, and the ENIAC. Experience the impact of computing on society and discover the visionaries behind today's digital age.
Afterward, we'll explore Palo Alto, one of the U.S.'s priciest cities, known for its highly educated residents. You’ll have time for lunch and, if time allows, a quick visit to the HP Garage, where Silicon Valley's tech journey began. We'll also stop at Stanford University for photos of its iconic architecture and learn about its role in shaping Silicon Valley.
Our final stop is Apple’s Visitor Center, where you can interact with new tech, explore via virtual reality, and shop at the Apple store. After a full day of exploring tech history, we’ll head back to San Francisco, passing scenic spots like the Crystal Springs Reservoir and San Andreas Lake before arriving in time for dinner.
