DAY 1 | ARRIVAL IN LIMA
Upon arrival at the Lima airport, a shuttle will take you to your hotel. You will have the rest of the day free to get to know the city. The Peruvian capital is a modern metropolis steeped in history, with some 10 million inhabitants, which is currently undergoing an exciting process of cultural and economic change.
DAY 2 | LIMA – LARCO MUSEUM AND CITY TOUR
Get ready to explore the old town of Lima, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, which is full of fascinating historical buildings. The route begins with the Larco Museum, located in the traditional district of Pueblo Libre and housed in a beautifully restored viceroyalty mansion, which in turn is built on a pre-Columbian pyramid from the 7th century. Continue with a scenic tour of the colonial center. Visit the Plaza de Armas, where you can appreciate the great architecture of the Spanish Empire. There is its magnificent Cathedral, built in the 16th century. Finish the tour returning to your hotel.
DAY 3 | LIMA – CUSCO: CITY TOUR AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITES
Enjoy a comfortable transfer from your hotel to the Lima airport to take a flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the selected hotel in the city. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided tour of this charming city, which was the capital of the Inca Empire. The tour begins with a visit to the Santo Domingo Convent, a large Renaissance-Baroque complex, which was built on top of the Inca Coricancha temple. After visiting the Cathedral in the Plaza de Armas, head to the hills that preside over Cusco to visit the remains of the Sacsayhuamán fortress, whose imposing walls offer an impressive panoramic view of Cusco. Visit the ruins of the temple and amphitheater of Qenqo, where it is believed that the Incas practiced rituals related to agriculture. Finally, visit Puca Pucará (Quechua for red fortress), an Inca military complex located on a prominent hill. You can still see their houses, squares, baths, aqueducts, walls and towers.
DAY 4 | CUSCO - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco and taken to the Ollantaytambo train station to begin your adventure to Machu Picchu Pueblo on a route of approximately two and a half hours. Once on the train, you will travel observing the Andean landscapes during a journey of an hour and a half. After arriving at the Aguas Calientes station, our guide will be waiting for you and will accompany you to the departure point of the bus. You will then take a bus for the 25-minute ride uphill to Machu Picchu, known as the "lost city of the Incas".
It is believed that this archaeological site was built in 1450 by the Inca Pachacutec as his vacation home. However, a century later, the city was abandoned after the Spanish conquest, escaping the destruction that struck other Inca settlements. Throughout the guided tour, you will have the opportunity to learn about the origins of this impressive citadel and explore its most outstanding monuments.
After completing the tour, you will take the bus to Aguas Calientes, where you will enjoy lunch at the restaurant of your choice. After lunch, you can explore the charming town and, at the appropriate time, you can board the return train. The train ride will take an hour and a half and will take you back to Ollantaytambo, where our transportation will escort you back to your hotel in Cusco.

DAY 5 | CUSCO
Free day to enjoy the city of Cusco.
DAY 6 | CUSCO – VINICUNCA – CUSCO
Vinicunca or the mountain of 7 colors, is a natural work of art at 5,200 meters above sea level. Its tones are due to the accumulation of minerals over time, washed away by the waters of the mountain range, the winds and the humidity. Start this adventure towards Vinicunca leaving very early in the morning from Cusco in the direction of Cusipata where you will have breakfast. Continue with the tour and arrival at the starting point of the trek. The road is surrounded by beautiful landscapes of the Andes and guarded by the majestic Ausangate Mountain, one of the most important mountains in Cusco, considered a sacred entity since the times of the Incas. After a few minutes at the viewpoint of the mountain to take some photos and rest, start with the walk back to Phullawasipata and then go by bus to Cusipata where you will enjoy lunch. After him, you will return to your hotel in Cusco.
DAY 7 | DEPARTURE FROM CUSCO
A mobility will take you to the Cusco airport to board your flight out of the city.
