Explore the lower town of Old Quebec, including Rue Petit Champlain, Place Royale, Batterie Royale, and Place des Canotiers. Then, follow the river along Boulevard Champlain and ascend the 398 steps of the Cap-Blanc staircase, experiencing that satisfying moment of achievement once you reach the top.
