Embark on this culinary journey departing from the heart of Rome (or your centrally located hotel) at 05:30 p.m. This early start ensures you have the chance to explore other activities in Rome during the day. After a scenic one-hour drive towards the South East, you'll arrive at Villa delle Magnolie, an enchanting estate nestled between Zagarolo and San Cesareo.

Your hosts, Eddy and Jessica, the passionate owners of the estate, will welcome you to their world of art, music, and delectable cuisine. Eddy, a multi-talented artist, musician, and food enthusiast, will share captivating stories about his life and love for Roman cuisine. Explore the interiors and the expansive garden with a breathtaking view over the valley below. The evening begins with a relaxing aperitif on the terrace, providing an opportunity to mingle with Eddy, Jessica, and fellow participants. Dive into the secrets of Italian cuisine as Eddy guides you through the estate and its surroundings.

After the visit of the estate and its area, it is time for dinner! You will see how simple the secrets of Italian cuisine are, like the best ways to eat seasonally, how to make the perfect pasta and the best suggestion for a great second course. As first course, you will savor the famous Roman Pasta like the delicious “Amatriciana”, or a fantastic “Carbonara” or the famous “Arrabbiata” with spicy tomato sauce. As for the second course, the meat will be the main cast, with the “Pollo alla Cacciatora” (chicken with wine, sauce and vegetables) or “Abbacchio al forno con patate” (roast lamb with potatoes). The perfect way to finish a Roman dinner is sharing a tempting fruit salad or a delicious Ice Cream. During the dinner, you will see how peaceful and relaxing can be the Roman surroundings, compared to the bustling city!

At approximately 09:30 p.m., return to Rome by Minivan, bidding farewell to Eddy and Jessica, who eagerly await your return.
