Full description Depart from one of the Meeting Points closest to your hotel as we set off on a captivating tour to the stunning city of Siracusa.

After approximately three hours of travel, we will arrive in Syracuse. If conditions allow, we'll embark on a mini-cruise to admire the beauties of the old town of Syracuse from the water (approx 45 minutes). This will be followed by a walking orientation tour of Ortigia with your Tour Leader. Ortigia, a small island connected to the mainland by a bridge, boasts remnants of its glorious past, including the Temple of Minerva, which was transformed into a Christian Cathedral, the legendary Fontana di Arethusa, and the Temple of Apollo.

You will have time for an independent lunch before we transfer to the archaeological park for an independent visit (admission fees not included) to the Greek Theatre and the Roman Amphitheatre, located near the Latomie and the Ear of Dionysius.
