The fondue sequence begins with the traditional cheese fondue, accompanied by bread, broccoli, pepperoni sausage, potatoes and guava. Then the meat fondue in the stone, La Pierrat, with noble cuts of beef, pork and chicken, garnished with 12 varieties of sauces and farofa. To finish the series, the chocolate fondue brings the flavors of seasonal fruits with the most appreciated of sweets.
