Full description This Golf Cart private tour of Rome allows you to enjoy the Eternal City with comfort and ease. All our Golf Carts can seat up to 3 people plus the guide, with whom you will be able to discuss the route to adjust it to your wishes.

The Highlights of Rome Golf Cart tour will take you to the most known sites of the Eternal City: the Colosseum is definitely one of them. You will stop at a great lookout to enjoy a comprehensive view and learn the history of the monument, how it was built, and what kind of shows ran there. Next comes the Circus Maximus – the gigantic stadium for the chariot races – and the Palatine Hill, the legendary place of the foundation of Rome itself, which was later chosen by several emperors for their palaces to be built.

The next stops are at the Mouth of Truth, to discover the story behind it, and at the Forum Boarium, to see the oldest standing building of the Eternal City. Our discovery of Rome by Golf Cart continues on to Piazza Venezia, the famous Trevi Fountain – where you can throw a coin into the water to ensure your comeback to Rome – and the Spanish Steps, the heart of the shopping district.

From there, we go to Piazza Navona, with an amazing Bernini’s masterpiece, the Fountain of the Four Rivers, and stop at the Pantheon for a visit to the temple of all the gods of ancient Rome. It’s time to head to the river Tiber, where stands the majestic Castel Sant’Angelo, and finally get to the Vatican City, for a quick visit (only the square and the Saint Peter’s Basilica from outside) to the smallest country in the world.
