Most importantly, indeed, behind each recipe there is a world of history and traditions. That is why this dinner is much more than a tasting meal, but the best way to get in touch with culinary local traditions.

You will taste the best of jewish-roman food recipes. Like fried seasonal recipes as well as the famous jewish-style fried artichoke. This is a must to try when in Rome, as seen in the roman episode of Stanley Tucci’s TV show searching for Italy. If artichokes are not in season, no worries, there are so many fried recipes to try.
