Full description Embark on a journey through the rich winemaking tradition of La Rioja, a region that has been home to wine production since ancient times, even as far back as Roman times. At the end of the 19th century, winegrowers from Bordeaux recognised the exceptional characteristics of the Rioja terrain and climate, giving rise to an extensive production that has positioned the Rioja Designation of Origin as the most important in Spain today.

This unique activity invites you to explore two medium-sized wineries, always avoiding large groups to offer a more intimate and authentic experience. Here, you will discover the carefully guarded secrets of winemaking, from the cultivation of the vines to the final tasting. Each winery has its own history and approach, enriching your understanding of the region's wine diversity.

The itinerary begins with departure from Pamplona at 9:45, taking you to the first winery for a guided tour and wine tasting at 11:00. You will continue the day with a second visit and tasting at 13:00, immersing yourself even more in the nuances and aromas that define the wines of La Rioja.

After this sensory experience, you will arrive at the medieval town of Laguardia at 14:00. Here, on top of a hill, you will enjoy a light lunch while contemplating a breathtaking panoramic view of the extensive vineyard plain that characterises the region.
