Full description Get in touch with nature as you trek through a protected area of rainforest on the way to beautiful Sono Beach. Knowing the Sono Beach is a great idea, but not only for its white sand and crystal clear waters. All the path to it is enjoyed on a trail through the Atlantic Forest, with plenty of green, fresh air, and even small animals that come along the way. Enjoy a day of adventure and swimming in this 07 hour tour, accompanied by a professional guide, and meet one of the most visited destinations in the region

Departure from Paraty to Laranjeiras Village in a 40 minute drive. Upon arrival, you will begin the hike to Sono’s Beach in a in a mid-level track and lasting an hour and a half on average (2.5 miles). During the trek, tourists pass through a preserved area of rainforest inside the AIPA of Cairuçu (Ambient Protection Area of Cairuçu). Inside this area, you can see many different kinds of vegetation, birds, animals, rivers (where you can refresh yourself) and, at the end of the trail, Sono Beach with its powdery sand and crystal clear waters.

There is a traditional fishing village, home to about 300 inhabitants. There they seek their own support with local fishing and services to tourists. For those who want, there is optional lunch (not included), which always has fresh fish. You will have 3 hours approximately to swim, relax and enjoy this beach paradise before returning to Laranjeiras Village by the same trail. There is a return option by boat to the track start location, check rates.
