Full description This tour will take you to visit orchards, bird watch from Laguna Nimez, see the ancient Gualichu Caves and the impressive views from the Mirador de la Virgen de la Pazon.

We begin our tour with a visit to Punta Walichu, an archaeological site located 8 km from the town, where the first men who walked these lands left their footprints. During a walk through the eaves and caves you will see cave paintings (originals and reproductions) and a spectacular view of Lake Argentino and the Andes Mountains.

We will visit the main streets of the town, showing typical old buildings and the buildings of the current civic center. The guide will help you travel back in time experiencing the history of the first settlers. It shows the flora, fauna and other interesting details that this small tourist town keeps.

Visit the Paseo Costero and Bahía Redonda, a few meters from Lago Argentino, where you can observe the abundant local bird life. Finally, take a self-guided tour to the Historical Interpretation Center where you can appreciate the events of greatest historical importance from the ice age to the present.
