Indulge in an exquisite menu prepared by our Chef, who meticulously selects the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Enjoy a culinary experience that respects the purest French gastronomic tradition, accompanied by a selection of wines carefully chosen by our sommelier.
MAXIM'S MENU
STARTER:
Burrata pugliese, crispy olives in virgin olive oil, seasonal vegetables, artichoke sprouts.
Option 1: Mi cuit of traditional duck foie gras, red berry cream, Sarrazin madeleine
Option 2: Mediterranean tuna snack, home-grown tomatoes stewed with sweet peppers, shavings of sheep's cheese
MAIN COURSE:
Lacquered duck breast, honey and mustard seeds, vegetables of the moment.
Option 1: Tournedos de boeuf, grenailles rôties à la fleu de sel de Camargue, Choron sauce
Option 2: Grilled sea bass with herbs of the maquis, risotto vénéré (black rice)
