At the Choco-Story Museum in Brussels, you can experience a unique opportunity to create your own chocolate tablets, lollipops, and other specialties, guided by an expert chocolatier. For about an hour, you will use professional materials to create your treats while learning the techniques of artisanal chocolate making. After the workshop, you can enjoy a visit to the museum with an audioguide, exploring the fascinating history of chocolate in Belgium.
The workshop lasts between 45 and 60 minutes and is available for adults and children over 7 years old. Children between 7 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. It’s important to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the workshop to ensure participation. Late arrivals will not be allowed to join the session.
The museum also offers daily demonstrations of how the Belgian praline is made by hand, and at the end of each demonstration, there’s a tasting of the chocolatier’s creations.
