Full description Departing from our designated meeting point, we invite you to board our comfortable air-conditioned coach, marking the start of a day of exploration as you discover the captivating châteaux that populate the exquisite Loire Valley. As we travel along the roads, giving you views of the iconic French landscapes, you will embark on a journey of approximately 2 hours, culminating at the magnificent Château de Chambord.

The first glimpse of Chambord Castle will be a moment of awe, as this architectural prodigy exudes an incomparable beauty, seeming to have materialised from the pages of a fairy tale. The grandeur and splendour embodied in this residence of François I make it a symbol of both French power and Renaissance art. At your own pace, you will tour the various rooms of the château, immersing yourself in its history and magnificence. A panoramic view of the estate awaits on the château's terrace, accessible via the famous double spiral staircase, a silent witness to the technical prowess of Leonardo da Vinci, the painter, architect and engineer at the court of Francis I. Exploring the three levels of the tower, you will observe up close the countless details that contributed to the creation of this imposing edifice. If time permits, a stroll through the vast park will give you a last glimpse of the castle framed by its natural surroundings.

Continuing on our route, the next destination on your itinerary will take you to the iconic château of Chenonceau. This iconic site is a stunning example of Renaissance architecture and stands in a magical setting. On this self-guided tour, you will immerse yourself in the fascinating history of this castle, a history that is intertwined with the lives of the various women who shaped it over the years. Also known as the "Ladies' Castle", its name honours the refined decorations that adorn each room. A remarkable testimony to this is the Florentine-inspired gallery overlooking the river Cher, a creation commissioned by the illustrious Queen Catherine de Medici.

Next, your adventure will lead you back to the imposing Château de Chambord. Our attentive guide will provide you with recommendations for a satisfying lunch before we embark on the next leg of our journey. The coach will set off again, giving you a journey of approximately one and a half hours to Cheverny. At this ancestral domain, which has remained in the custody of the same family for more than six centuries, you will have the opportunity to explore the château and its notoriously distinguished interior. As you wander through the outdoor spaces, your visit will be enriched by the park's 6 themed gardens, including the "Jardin Sucré", an orchard that awakens the senses. Cheverny is also known for its tradition of hunting with dogs, and you will be able to observe its extensive kennel, which houses about a hundred dogs.

Time will eventually take us back to our starting point, and as the day draws to a close, the coach will begin its journey back to Paris, a journey which is estimated to take around three hours. This experience rich in history and beauty, replete with magnificent castles and captivating landscapes, will become a treasured memory that you will cherish forever in your heart.
