In the 1600s, Rome was a hub of Inquisition trials and political intrigue, serving as the birthplace of The Illuminati, one of the most influential secret societies in history. The society's leaders, Galileo Galilei and Gian Lorenzo Bernini, scattered clues around the city to create a Path of Illumination.
